Mason raised $25 million to make it easier and faster for companies to build hardware products. The company provides the mobile infrastructure, which includes hardware, software and related services, to build and scale products — and they do it all really fast. The funding will go toward expanding into new industries and growing in industries where they already have a foothold, like healthcare, retail, restaurants and logistics. Coffee without beans? That’s what startup Atomo Coffee is betting on, and they just raised $2.6 million to do it. Atomo Coffee is developing a “molecular coffee” to make your daily brew more sustainable. They did this by reverse engineering the coffee bean, according to GeekWire. [GeekWire]

Inc. Magazine named the 5000 fastest growing companies, and Seattle did well for itself.
