Financial + Retirement

401(K)

The 401(k) Plan is an optional pre-tax benefit for Logic20/20 employees who are at least 21 years of age.

401(K) matching

Logic20/20 matches 100% of the first 2% of employee deferrals or 100% of amount deferred up to $1,500, whichever is more.

Performance bonus

Logic20/20 rewards individuals for their efforts on projects in a variety of ways. Quarterly, employees may receive a bonus based upon the work they've completed.

Health Insurance + Wellness

Dental insurance

Preventive Dental is 100% FREE for all benefits eligible employees. You may also enroll your dependents for an extra cost.

Disability insurance

Logic20/20 offers short term disability at no cost to the employee, which provides 60% of basic weekly earnings to a maximum of $1500 weekly.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Logic20/20's flexible spending account is a great way for you to save money on pre-planned health and daycare expenses, and the benefit is tax free.

Vision exam covered with a $10 copay and no deductible. One exam per calendar year. Vision hardware covered at 100%, a $25 copay and up to $150 once every 12 months.

At Logic20/20 we have ample opportunity for accruing PTO with both tenure-based and level-based PTO, and employees are encouraged to use PTO when needed as well as roll over 2 full weeks per year.
