Position Overview

Who you are: Eager to challenge the retail norms, create industry leading campaign strategy and combine best in class media skills with industry-leading retail consulting. You are familiar with how to design, develop, deploy Commerce, sales & operations strategies and services while working in tandem with our eCommerce Media leaders to deliver best in class client service. You will be an end-to-end expert of our planning, buying and reporting capabilities, growing strong client relationships and ensuring health of our biggest client relationships.


Responsibilities

Account Management / Operational Excellence

· Function as eCommerce pod lead in work across small range of clients in support of overall team objectives

· Responsible for retail media network and operational performance on partners such as Amazon, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart, Kroger, Criteo, etc

· Responsible for DTC media & operational performance across Paid Search Engines, Shopping, and other performance-based media tactics as needed

· Recommend, sell-in, and manage team against key client KPIs to effectively deliver results and establish clear yearly / quarterly milestones

· Be proactive in sourcing new opportunities to partner with clients and help grow agency business

· Demonstrate speed and storytelling in analyzing retail sales reports and express differences in media metrics

· Actively work to improve pod process and ensure team compliance for betterment of team work

· Partner with account Director to design and work toward account roadmap for each client business

Thought Leadership & Partnership

· Master, identify and communicate trends in retail and client industries that will impact or be relevant to assigned clients

· Work to assemble case studies of good work and effective process for sharing to larger team

· Display familiarity with media measurement and attribution to inform client KPI setting and expectations

· Clear POV on value of eRetail vs D2C and how they partner with other channels to drive success.


Team Building & Motivation

· Show critical thinking & problem solving on a daily basis

· Ensure team has received all tools and training to excel in their roles.  Accountability for team development; this includes maintaining positive morale, creating and updating individual goals docs, and ensuring all direct reports have clear growth plan in place

· Help foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture through motivational initiatives and close contact with full team; Partner with Director to regularly assess pod hours / burn rate and ensure health of all staff


Qualification - Required Skills

· Experience with retail media networks

· Experience in managing direct reports and team development

· Proven ability to translate client asks into concrete asks and next steps to effectively project manage 

· Polished presence and presentations skills 

· Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail

· Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite

· KINESSO does not require candidates have a college degree


Qualifications - Desired Skills

· Experience with retail media networks specifically Amazon, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart, Kroger, etc preferred

· 4-5+ years of experience with marketing or digital media preferred

· Bachelor's degree desired; concentration in Marketing or a related field is preferable

· Experience with data visualization platforms and telling data stories (ie. Google Data Studio, Lookr, Tablaeu, etc)

· Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
