    • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.
  • Your experience:

    • Proficiency with IIQ workflows, rules, provisioning, connectors, and platform configuration.
    • Demonstrated experience resolving operational issues and tuning system performance for enterprise-scale identity platforms.
    • Strong command of SQL and JDBC for integration and data mapping.
    • Clear communication skills, including the ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
    • Experience working across IAM, GRC, and application security or infrastructure teams in fast-moving programs.
    • Industry experience: You bring 6+ years of professional experience, with ideally 3 years in an E-Commerce or Retail related industry.
  • We’d be especially excited to talk to you if you have:
    • Communication & Empathy: You try to understand the needs of the person across the table and can adapt your communication and approach to bridge any gaps.
    • Familiarity with User Access Reviews (UAR) and cross-functional identity governance processes.
    • Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts or contractors in technical environments.
    • A calm, confident presence when troubleshooting complex issues or engaging with senior stakeholders.
    • A mindset that blends technical depth with a collaborative, people-first approach to work.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Salary range for this role can range between $160,000-$190,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We review compensation annually to make sure what we offer is fair and in line with the market.

  • Work/life balance – we know there’s more to life than work! We encourage our team to pursue other passions, get outside, and spend time with family. We work with clients and consultants to set expectations for a manageable workload.
  • Opportunities to connect in person and remotely with a passionate, supportive team that loves a good pun or GIF.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
