 As the Accreditation and Content Manager you are responsible for ensuring MedBridge is developing premier quality education that solves the top challenges for our clients. Within the role, you will oversee the execution of highly impactful accredited CE content.

 The position will require you to work closely with the content team, stakeholders across the company, and clients to ensure we are effectively addressing content needs of our existing and growing client set. We are looking for a highly motivated over-achiever who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role will incorporate the following accountabilities:

 

Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the accreditation team.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives and projects to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
  • Establish and track metrics and KPIs for MedBride’s CE library.
  • Actively participate in leadership meetings and ensure strategic initiatives are carried through and executed by the team.


Accreditation:

  • Enhance processes to ensure MedBridge is exceeding accreditation standards.
  • Understand regulatory and license requirements of our clients, and be able to incorporate that into our content design process. 
  • Consistently review content development processes for opportunities to improve educational quality of offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency/improvement and be able to execute necessary process change. 
  • Be an active participant in maintaining accreditation for national and state boards.
  • Track accreditation metrics and KPIs

 

Operations:

  • Lead process-improvement initiatives to drive increased efficiency and quality across content development.
  • Refine processes and reduce inefficiencies in process from content roadmapping to filming to ensure optimal learning outcomes and engagement.
  • Establish and enforce data standards for entry into internal databases and website.


 Education Design / Innovation: Partner with the Director of Education and Production to:

  • Ensure adult learning principles are incorporated into all content.
  • Track quality outcomes of courses and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Develop instructional methodologies for new content types

About You:

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with many moving parts.
  • Ability to create document and develop processes to scale workflows.
  • Possess the ability to see the big picture of a project and effectively communicate each detail to essential team members 
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done while not losing sight of the end goal, both during self-managed projects and when working in a team.
  • An ability to hit the ground sprinting in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
  • Exceptional at managing your own time, being organized, and staying positive.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years experience in accreditation, education development, content operations.
