Content Manager (Temporary)

Your role and impact
98point6’s training team is looking for an experienced Content Manager to overhaul our internal content and medical documentation. You will be responsible for implementing a single solution approach that is efficient, easy to use and well-aligned to our broader learning strategy.
*This is a temporary position, working 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Identify content gaps across the Medical Group’s internal documentation
- Assess and understand current usage of content assets
- Migrate all internal documentation into a single solution with standardized templates to create more digestible and accessible content
- Design a content review process to monitor the effectiveness and quality of the enablement content across roles and platforms
- Identify metrics of success for content management efforts that can be shared with key stakeholders
- Create an audience-targeted communications management program to optimize reception and relevancy of medical group communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of content management tools experience, with at least 1 year of experience using Confluence required
- 3+ years of content management experience in a fast-paced environment required, with SaaS background preferred
- 3+ years developing content for LMS and related tools
- Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in fast-paced environments managing content for multiple teams
