About the role:

We are looking for a full-time Content Producer to join our Product Management team, and execute a product content strategy that drives enrollment, active participation and outcomes for end-users of the Limeade platform. Content is defined very broadly and includes all media types to drive engagement and outcomes within our product experience. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product content development strategy for the Limeade product and perform the day-to-day operations of content management for the Limeade activity library
  • Work with Product and partners to build, test and launch multi-media content that is compelling, scalable and impactful to end users
  • Collaborate with internal teams to measure results, track key engagement metrics and adjust content strategy to drive participation
  • Manage the end-to-end content management cycle, from creating and sourcing to editing and producing
  • Ensure quality of content across all platforms, fix display issues and escalate errors and bugs
  • Create original Limeade end-user content as needed
  • Work with a global lens to deliver consistent content experiences across the product ecosystem
  • Partner with Limeade account teams to deliver high-impact communications that resonate with our end users
  • Collaborate with sales, leadership, customer success, product and creative team to complete high-quality projects on time
  • Use your editing, content management and HTML skills to publish and edit content across various digital platforms within the product
  • Manage multiple deliverables with varying audience and brand requirements at once
  • Maintain the Limeade editorial style guide and glossary


Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
  • 2+ years professional writing and editing experience - bonus if you’ve created content for employee health, well-being, performance and engagement
  • Experience creating or collaborating on a content strategy and driving the execution
  • Understanding of content taxonomy, meta data labels and content hierarchy best practices
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), open source or enterprise
  • Experience creating and producing multi-media content highly desired
  • Excellent storytelling capabilities to bring ideas to life
  • Superior understanding of AP style, basic grammar, tone and voice
  • Experience working with high-level executives, well-known experts, graphic designers, product managers and content marketers
  • Deadline-driven, self-motivated and customer-obsessed
  • Full of fresh content ideas and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications or related discipline
  • High-growth technology/SaaS experience highly desired
