CreativeLive is seeking an experienced Content Producer to join our team in our Seattle Production Studios. Our Content Producers take a course from development to production with broad budgetary and creative responsibility. 
CreativeLive Content Producers are the primary owners for each course & the glue at the center of our content pipeline. As a CP, you will craft compelling course offerings tailored to the CreativeLive learning platform and students. You will be an instrumental contributor focusing on the overall effectiveness of the content we produce, fostering positive & cross-functional communication and processes with our Instructors and internal team, and aligning our courses to higher-level department and organizational KPIs.

This temporary role is slated for 3-6 months, with the possibility of hire after the initial term.

Who you are: 

• Experienced and active Content Production professional with previous experience on an in-house team at a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving company or creative agency
• Exceptional storyteller with the skill to craft compelling content that is educational, entertaining, and inspirational to our students.
• Ability to interpret an Instructor’s expertise and style and transform its direction into effective and inspiring course(s).
• Thrives in ambiguity inherent in new business models with the ability to quickly pick up different types of work and projects simultaneously
• A robust portfolio of past projects with a variety of clients or productions with content across a range of video formats and production for online usage. We need you to be able to think past the expected
• An interest and understanding of creative software products such as Adobe® Creative Cloud 
• Exceptional professionalism in dealing with high profile Instructors, senior professionals and stakeholders inside and outside of CreativeLive

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with Instructors and broader CL team to develop content for world class online courses
• Work with Production team to ensure a course can be handled and executed in a well organized manner, ensuring courses are on schedule and within budget
• Ensure ongoing evolution of CreativeLive’s content offering
• Partner with Marketing, Content Strategy and Production stakeholders to ensure cross-functional efficiencies and outputs related to course, channel and company goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on key site metrics for each course your responsible for producing
• Understand the ins & outs of the creative lines of business, and then effectively collaborate with the Marketing team and Instructor to make the content stand out through effective campaigns (course descriptions, video packages, live social media, media assets, etc)
• Manage internal and external production resources to make the look and feel of the show shine (produce graphics packages, pre-record video segments, polish PPT presentations, incorporate live feeds from other locations, etc.)
• Produce supplemental downloadable materials for each class (.pdf class notes, one sheeters, infographics, e-books, as appropriate)
