The marketing team serves the marketing needs of the business as well as the internal needs of other departments in the organization with everything from product marketing to lifecycle marketing to corporate marketing.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our product marketing team is looking for a Technical Writer to produce, edit, or re-write documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products and customers. We’re looking for someone who is adept at producing clear, compelling documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience and who can quickly ramp to understand a company's products and applications. Working with internal teams on care, marketing, and product to understand and create documentation that is high quality and accurate, including instruction manuals for users, help center articles, and getting started resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements 
Gathers, organizes material and completes writing assignments according to set standards regarding branding, order, clarity, conciseness, style, terminology, correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling 
Write easy-to-understand online help, user manuals, and feature guides 
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of technical writing experience specific software documentation 
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail 
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures 
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
Knowledge of documentation best practices. 
Excellent written skills in English Working knowledge of G Suite tools a plus
