Peach is looking for a Partnership Associate in Seattle who can assist our RPM with scheduling, reviews, feedback, leads, calling and other daily tasks. The right person for this job will be a real foodie, and has a strong desire to help customers discover the best dishes possible. As a key member of the restaurant team, your work will directly impact the food Peach offers and increase order volume. You will use data in your decision-making and will apply your strong analytical skills and food knowledge. You will have a keen eye for quality, marketing, and what people look for in lunch.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential restaurants to join Peach
- Analyzes customer feedback to generate actionable items for restaurants.
- Meeting scheduling
- Advocates for Peach customers and enhance their experience.
- Quality restaurant selection
- Adapt the menu based on the food trends in each city we operate in.
- Increase the probability of a customer ordering.
- Adapt ahead to change the menu as the season/taste changes.
- Make Peach known for its exceptional food.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Passion for startups and the food industry
- Hungry (no pun intended), with strong food and restaurant knowledge
- Photography experience a plus
- 3 plus years of experience in eating good food.
- Marketing experience
- Data-driven and analytical
- Hard-working and self-motivated
What you need to be to run menu excellence.
- Your friends text you for restaurants/food recommendations.
- You are structured and are regarded as a “type A” person by your colleagues.
- You have an education in arts/marketing.
- You have experience in developing taste among your customers. People in marketing departments are well suited for this job
- You are naturally driven.
