Responsibilities

• Collaborate across sales, marketing, product and finance to write and produce a variety of proposals, collateral and content for commercial sales efforts
• Work closely with enterprise project manager and sales team to identify and clarify RFP/RFI opportunities, and translate solutions into compelling narrative and materials 
• Write, revise and edit proposal drafts including executive summaries and follow-up questions/requests
• Work closely with enterprise marketing managers and sales team to develop compelling sales materials, collateral and content
• Maintain brand standards and corporate writing style, as well as develop sales-specific guidance for optimal commercial audience comprehension, consistency and tone 
• Evaluate and redesign commercial material writing process, approach and coordination to continually improve deliverables and streamline written sales efforts
• Adapt to new opportunities and ownership as business priorities shift and expand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in creating proposals and/or sales-specific writing, as well as experience working closely with sales
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including experience producing effective written/visual solutions in response to complex requests for information
• Exceptional proofreader with a strong attention to detail and a creative eye for layout and typography
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple deadlines
• Experience writing for a brand, with an understanding of applying brand voice
• Familiarity with content management systems a plus
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
