How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

It is a very supportive, collaborative environment that really pushes me and everyone on the team to do their best work. When we aren't engaged in white board sessions, we bond over frequent coffee and macaron outings. I feel inspired every day when I come to the office.

What is your vision for the company?

Our mission is to transform the way millions of people work by building beautifully designed software with a spark of magic. From Highspot’s beginning, we have focused on building a team of people who collaborate across boundaries and an environment where people are free to bring their full selves to the office every day.

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Work-life balance is not just a buzz term at Highspot. You can tell folks respect and take it seriously when your manager slacks you an hour after hours, "Why are you still online?".
