About the Role

As a Services Content Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing Highspot content for our world class Services team and our customers. You will think outside the box to create new, intuitive, and engaging content solutions that wow our Services team and our customers. We are looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about creating content. In this role, you will also work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Design, Sales, Product, and a variety of other stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. 

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end cycle of all internal and external content projects for Services
  • Develop and maintain processes that support the Services team’s ability to develop high-quality content
  • Facilitate day-to-day content operations by prioritizing work items based on the highest impact business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Services leadership on a publication calendar for internal and external collateral, prioritizing highest impact use cases
  • Enhance and curate Highspot's existing robust library of self-service development resources
  • Seek feedback from internal and external audiences on the quality and effectiveness of materials, synthesizing key learning and driving ever-more effective resources
  • Manage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are achieved
  • Develop a deep understanding of Highspot’s product, core values, and audience to help guide content and brand voice development
  • Other responsibilities that arise from the evolving needs of the Services team

Your Background

  • 5+ years working content operation management, preferably in technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; has a natural aptitude for eloquently, yet concisely, conveying a message
  • Enjoys developing written materials - from crafting the message to perfecting the minute details of format and delivery
  • Demonstrates an affinity for storytelling; creative thinker and seeks out innovative ways to share core concepts that resonate with your audience through a variety of mediums
  • Innately curious; constantly asks questions and has a strong desire to understand the “whys” of the environment
  • Can interface with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority, both within and outside their immediate team
  • Operates and thrives in environments where goals and objectives are being actively defined; excited to get their hands dirty, and looks forward to helping invent the future
  • Strong project management skills. Can define project goals/objectives, ask the right questions to fill in gaps, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver for internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to learn new skills and technology quickly and independently
  • Preferred
  • Experience with Sales Enablement industry

Location

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
