What you will do at UiPath

• In this role, you will be responsible for leading a variety of product initiatives across the entire UiPath product line. This position is a highly collaborative role, and you will
• Manage projects and workflow across all team design production for all UiPath regions
• Function as the primary point of contact for UX Design and research intake and work closely with design and product leads across the world to proactively clarify requirements and use cases, actively seeking clarification when there is ambiguity
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
• Communicate project status with the design team and stakeholders regularly
• Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business
• Bring order from seeming chaos and have a great time doing it.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage successfully with many different stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strong data analysis skills, experience in Jira, Product Board or similar tools.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• A history of creating design operating procedures and workflows for global projects
• Project management skills to prioritize needs and ensure their successful completion
• 3+ years of industry experience in design production
• At least a bachelors in HCI, Design, Architecture or a related field, or comparable work experience
