Snap! Raise is looking for a talented video and photo content creator to add to our Content Studio team. It’s an exciting opportunity to leverage your strong media production background to help Snap! Raise share powerful stories of our customers, communities, and fellow team members. Projects will be diverse. You will be creating content for both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is well-versed in all phases of video production and photography. Passion for sports, education and documentary highly encouraged.  

The job is based at our headquarters in South Lake Union area of Seattle, WA but may involve periods of production travel.  

Description of Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead video editor for projects on weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence  
  • Working with team to develop internal processes to streamline production 
  • Contribute as part of production team on field and studio shoots (camera, stills, audio) 
  • See smaller video or photo projects through from production brief to delivery with minimal supervision 
  • Develop video titles and lite motion graphics 
  • Coordinate production interns in post-production efforts  
  • Lend hand in producing, scheduling and pre-production work 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Can synthesize feedback to effectively move creative projects forward  
  • Ability to self-manage, be resourceful and meet deadlines 
  • Excitement about contributing to growth of production team 
  • Experience in still photography 
  • Experience with studio and field production 
  • Proficient in Adobe suite: After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in video/film production,  
  • Expert level knowledge in Adobe Premiere and familiarity w FCPX 
  • Advanced in all phases of production: shooting, editing, sound, color, and finalization. 
  • Sample/portfolio of current and applicable work
