Smartsheet is looking for an extremely talented Video Producer & Editor to join our content team and play an integral role in scaling our library of visual content. The Video Producer is a digital storyteller who collaborates with our video team, content team, and internal stakeholders in the innovative production and editing of video content.

The Video Producer is an editing ninja who sees (at least!) five possible stories wrapped up in a single concept and can swiftly bring them to life. You can switch from creating a product help video to animating a social ad to re-cutting a customer testimonial video on any given day. You’re a B2B storytelling expert who creates content for audiences in every stage of the buying journey.

The ideal candidate will have a solid, basic understanding of B2B video production, motion graphics and animation skills, audio recording and mixing, and be excited to engage in all parts of the execution of new content.

The Senior Video Producer reports to the Senior Manager of Video Strategy and will collaborate with the video team to strengthen the visual brand, scale our library, enhance storytelling style, and push the creative envelope.

Responsibilities:

• Bring video content to life in a visually compelling way, pushing the creative boundaries while staying true to corporate brand guidelines
• Own creation and curation of business-critical help video library; create new help videos on tight deadlines and update dated content on a rolling basis
• Act as in-house editing and motion graphics expert, collaborating with senior producers, brand, and creative teams to powerfully tell the Smartsheet story
• Partner with the social team to create visual content designed specifically for social platforms, including Instagram
• Self-motivated to continually raise the creative bar
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Extremely strong post production experience, with a proven history of meeting deadlines and juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects, and Photoshop)
• Proficiency in motion graphics animation
• Confident and creative problem solver
• Critical eye for organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated agility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to form strong relationships and collaborate successfully with stakeholders throughout the business
• At least 3 years of experience producing content in a marketing environment for the B2B audience
• Positive, team-minded attitude -- willing to jump in anywhere
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Journalism, Marketing, or Communications)
