The Writing Team Lead oversees the craft quality of written content to ensure that it aligns with the established project goals and the defined quality standards. In this position, you will collaborate with Narrative Leadership to support the defined creative goals and drive craft quality, best practices, processes and workflows, while also managing the relationships, expectations, and schedules of external talent. The Writing Team Lead should have an advanced understanding of game development and possess excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills. The Writing Team Lead is responsible for personnel management and mentorship of writing and editorial team members. This position will have a significant impact on team health as well as quality of discipline deliverables, so proven team leadership experience is a must. While we value and desire a strong storytelling background, this role is primarily focused on people management and craft development.
