Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts for our Data & Analytics teams through the end of 2025. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across data science, data engineering, analytics, and related technical domains. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the data and analytics talent landscape, a passion for building high-performing teams, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process for functional groups

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract and hire highly qualified employees, as well as build an on-going talent pipeline

  • Actively source and recruit candidates from a variety of media, job-boards, websites, networks, and professional associations

  • Proactively research and investigate innovative sourcing strategies

  • Create, post, and monitor all job postings and recruiting advertisements

  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants for open positions

  • Maintain adherence to Surescripts policies and processes in relation to government guidelines around hiring practices; to include real-time maintenance of our applicant tracking system (Workday) to ensure data integrity

  • Extend offers of employment

Qualifications: Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles in data and analytics.

  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for positions such as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Analyst, and related positions.

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing top-tier candidates with expertise in leading data technologies, including Hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform), modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker), and real-time data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Apache Kafka).

  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements, OFCCP regulations, federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

  • Strong working knowledge of the functions and capabilities of an applicant tracking system

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a data practitioner

  • Experience building or participating in social media campaigns as a sourcing tool

  • Experience both as a corporate recruiter and an agency recruiter

  • Experience with Workday

At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $0 - $0 per year.
