The Role

As a leader in the industry, we expect the Professional Services Analyst to provide trusted and timely insights that drive team productivity, scalability, revenue acceleration, and project effectiveness. Your success will be measured by your ability to pull and interpret data from multiple systems, leveraging business acumen and a deep curiosity to analyze the data and craft meaningful story lines and insights that empower the Professional Services team.

This position is based in Seattle, will initially report to the VP of Professional Services & Training and will include the following duties:

• Influence the strategy, design and implementation of reporting and analytics across the Professional Services team (pre-sales, implementation & education)
• Continually evaluate, develop and implement new methods for data analysis to inform the PS Organization around sales effectiveness, scoping accuracy, project execution, and customer outcomes
• Lead deep dive analysis of impacts and influence by the PS team, including gaps that should be addressed
• Design and maintain PS dashboards pulling data from several resources - to include core KPIs and customer trends
• Own underlying data sets and take a lead role in ensuring data accuracy across the team and systems
• Provide predictive forecasting of future performance and scale, using sound statistical models
• Confidently present outcome analysis and recommendations to Executives and Team Leaders
• Grow our best practices around reporting quality, data hygiene and data governance
• Collaborate closely with other Analysts and the BI team to ensure partnership across data, insights and best practices
• Help design and implement leading edge Operational best practices within the PS team

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related professional experience
• 3+ years analytics experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience doing analysis with project-based teams and within a sales function
• Demonstrated examples of surfacing key insights and/or predictive forecasting models that drove business changes with measurable business impact
• Experience enabling self-service analytics
• Fluency in common statistical analysis methods
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience in Tools commonly used in PS organizations such as SFDC, PSA software, LMS platforms and PM software
• Experience with multiple reporting suites, such as Domo, PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience translating findings into compelling recommendations, polished deliverables, and actionable programs
• Strong business acumen with depth to relate commercial business strategy to analytics asks
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to audiences from staff to senior executive level
