This role on the Egencia Global Supply Analytics team will support the global supply organization by providing actionable data insights, reporting, modeling and analysis across all lines of business including Transport (Air, Car, Rail and Ground) and Lodging as well as ancillary business lines.

The job requires a well-rounded individual who has experience working with internal partners to understand the problem the team wants to solve or decision the team is trying to make and structure the analysis or reporting to support their business needs. You can run multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establish priorities, maintain relationships across the organization, and own deliverables end to end. You work independently to extract the needed data and manage delivery of high-quality analyses with actionable business insights in a dynamic work environment with overlapping deadlines and time constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and impactful reports based on a solid understanding of the data sources and business needs
• Fulfill ad-hoc requests for data and analysis across all LOBs
• Become a subject matter expert on relevant data sources & metrics
• Develop analytical models to assess the impact of initiatives or business decisions
• Produce complex analyses and communicate clearly and simply with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Discover, cleanse and merge data across disparate data sources including data sources of differing data quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with a focus on data analytics and/or analysis
• Strong Excel and SQL experience/database knowledge
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Tableau is strongly preferred; experience with Business Objects or Python, is a plus
