What will you do?

  • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will support strategic decisions and guide to improvement opportunities;
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, predictive modeling, visualization and communication;
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistent reporting and data automation systems, by designing dashboards, performance metrics, and optimal processes, to interpret key findings and leverage insights;
  • Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements;
  • Understand business needs and objectives and anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within the team, in order to design and implement new solutions;
  • Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives, and communicate it’s results and business impacts to stakeholders within and outside of the company;
  • Keep abreast of industry news and trends and apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.

Our Analytics Manager would have:

  • 3 - 5 years' experience as an Analytics Manager or similar role;
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field;
  • Experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist, and solid experience in data analysis and reporting;
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources;
  • Experience in monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data, using analytical concepts and statistical techniques;
  • Proficient in analytics and business intelligence tools, software, and dashboards (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SAS, Raw);
  • Ability to perform effective querying and strong programming skills with SQL, and other programming languages (Python, R, Scala)
  • Experience with big data tools (Teradata, Aster, Hadoop, etc.) and with testing tools (Adobe Test, Target)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven and analytical mindset, with ability to prioritize and be hands-on, and with problem-solving, planning and organizational skills;
  • Aptitude for technology and to keep informed on trends and developments;
