Job Description

As an Azure Data Solutions Architect joining Logic20/20’s Advanced Analytics practice, you’ll work closely with a high-velocity team, providing thought leadership from day one. You’ll provide deep technical expertise and architectural leadership to help create awesome experiences. You’ll carry a large stake in defining solutions, deliver them end-to-end, and work with a high-energy team of professionals.

What you’ll do:

  • Enable teams to design solutions that drive business values
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, lead engineers, product managers, and analysts to design solutions through the full lifecycle, from conception to market 
  • Discuss technical concepts with business professionals and business concepts with technical professionals 
  • Lead small development teams with project resources that report elsewhere 
  • Collaborate with consulting and sales representatives to identify opportunities, develop and pitch solutions based on a business case, and work closely with clients to generate business

About you:

  • You thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • You are an expert in the latest architectural methodologies
  • You can communicate detailed technical issues to diverse audiences
  • You have a knack for spinning innovative concepts into practical solutions
  • You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Qualifications

Must have:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience designing systems (especially data pipelines) out of cloud-native services (Azure preferred)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (ARM preferred, otherwise Terraform or Ansible)
  • Experience with git best practices
  • Experience building, documenting, and open-sourcing a predictive maintenance platform in Azure

Preferred:

  • Experience with Azure IoT Hub
  • Experience with Azure Synapse
  • Experience with Azure ML

Our office is located in Sodo across from Mariner's Stadium! We're also near bus, light rail stations, and the Washington State Ferry terminal.
