Your Role and Impact

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in data extraction, dashboard creation and developing business and customer insights. Through collaboration with teams across the company, you will empower our business leaders to make data-driven decisions. Your work will provide critical data and insights to our commercial customers, allowing them to see the value and benefit of 98point6 for their employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and SQL, allowing internal teams to understand issues and establish solutions
• Identify insights that provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders across the organization, specifically supporting sales, marketing, clinical operations and product
• Understand and meet stakeholders’ analytics and business intelligence needs
• Serve as a catalyst for sharing knowledge, information and ideas throughout the company as it relates to the business intelligence function
• Evaluate existing systems and collaborate across internal teams to integrate improvements that streamline workflow and company processes
• Ensure existing dashboards are properly maintained and updated in an environment where data size and complexity is quickly growing as the business scales

Qualifications

• 1+ years using SQL to analyze data in a data warehouse
• 2+ years using Tableau to generate complex dashboards and support internal business functions
• 2+ years applying data modeling and fundamental core database concepts
• Strong interest in extracting and transforming a high volume of data into actionable business insights
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
• Experience communicating findings to stakeholders at various levels in the company, including leadership
