This individual will engage with various areas of the business to understand processes and support identification of opportunities for improvement and creation of efficient processes. You will be responsible for documenting and analyzing problems, formulating hypotheses, developing insights, and delivering recommendations that drive transformation. The right person for this role is a systems thinker with a passion for developing and maintaining simple and sustainable business processes who enjoys improving business processes.
Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Understand and document business processes, both in written and visual form (process flows)
  • Ability to analyze processes to understand pros and cons, opportunities for improvement and establish high level structured plans to implement changes 
  • High-level project management including updating and tracking key reporting documentation such as project plans and tasks lists; providing regular project updates (may require updating project tracking software) 
  • Establish trusted relationships with internal client teams and interface with stakeholders across the business to gather information, gain diverse perspectives, and deepen subject matter expertise
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and research-based inquiries such as performing high-level strategic analysis, creating strategic materials, and evaluating industry trends/systems and researching best practices

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA or CPA in progress preferred but not necessary
    • 1-2 years' experience in a role requiring problem solving and process analysis 
  • Excellent analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably has working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Seeks challenging opportunities takes accountability for personal results

  • Experience working with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
