Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to help develop new business and contribute to revenue generation. The position is an entry level role within the commercial front office, with direct client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support Commercial Management in all aspects of service to clients for relevant products and platforms
- Help manage daily commercial activity:
- Liaise daily with operations, commercial functions, and clients, and support their needs
- Identify opportunities to increase client commercial activity Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of transactions
- Prepare daily reports as directed, including but not limited to: profit and loss, participant incentive programs, and commercial incentive programs
- Keep up to date on any legislative changes to the markets we participate in
- Enter transactions and process through settlement
- Prepare documents and presentations to assist in business developmentCreate commercial reports, which may include market trading activity and trend analysis
- Adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role, and any activities for which you are responsible
- Ensure compliance with operational risk requirements (e.g. cultural behaviors, security policies, and regulatory requirements)
- Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines
- Act with integrity and due skill, care, and diligence in carrying out your duties

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Economics, Finance, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or other business fields
- Environmentally conscious—applicant desires to work to improve the state of the environment
- Proficiency with Tableau
- Advanced Excel modeling experience
- Knowledge of environmental markets
