  • Partner with  engineers, researchers , designers and product managers effectively and contribute heavily  to major analytical and product initiatives across the product areas in your scope
  • Work to develop a product metrics model for your area of the product and continue to refine it through analysis, experimentation and research partnership
  • Leverage data and analytics to proactively identify the most impactful opportunity areas, and then build cases for why we should pursue them

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience performing data-driven product analysis in a tech company
  • 3+ years directly managing or mentoring data scientists, quantitative researchers, or product analysts
  • 3+ years of experience communicating the results of analyses to leadership teams to influence the strategy

Additional Perks + Benefits

In order to be successful in our Virtual First environment we needed to make changes that would allow employees to have more control over both where and how they work. Therefore, we embrace “non-linear workdays” with defined core collaboration hours that overlap across time zones. Beyond that, we encourage employees to design their own schedules to balance collaboration with needs for individual focus. We’ve also moved from “all day syncs” to an “async by default” culture, reserving meetings for discussion, debate, and decision-making, and handling all other work in our deep focus hours.
