We are looking for a highly experienced data visualization professional to join our team! The project requires the ability to create beautiful data visualizations to generate ideas for exploratory analysis and new projects. 

The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of tech, data, and art; someone who can turn data into beautiful, easy to understand, compelling graphical experiences. You would be comfortable with exploring data and discovering the business value within - working directly with the executive leadership team and our Design Lead.

More than just creating dashboards, your work will be central to our ability to articulate program direction, philosophy, and vision for both our client and their industry. It will be central to communicating with executive stakeholders throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze complex data, information, and abstract concepts to transform into highly engaging materials through design and visuals.
• Partner with our Design lead and our client's to produce polished, high-impact presentations for use internally and externally.
• Utilize data, reports and analytics systems to collect, analyze, and process this information into charts, graphs, and data visualizations that effectively convey a story.
• Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop and create custom both digital and print-ready presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Work with cross-functional business partners and help them get to the “core” of their ideas.
• Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines in all communications materials.
• Own the process of data design from concept to completion, including proofing for accuracy and grammar.

Additional Qualifications

• Highly proficient in Tableau, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong presentation design portfolio demonstrating proficiency in presentation design, typography, graphic design, and layout.
• Ability to grasp abstract concepts and to simplify and communicate them graphically.
• Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, with skills in project management, organization, communications and design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Familiarity with the following is desired:

• SQL, Python, R
• BI Reporting tools similar to Tableau, Power BI, Chartio, etc.
• Highly proficient in Keynote, Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong presentation design portfolio demonstrating proficiency in presentation design, typography, graphic design, and layout.
