EagleView is looking to hire a Director, People Analytics, to join our growing HR team. This role will have a large impact on using data and analysis to recommend direction of our HR strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously update HR dashboards including monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for our Executive Leadership Team
- Maintains the headcount planning model, used to track and manage headcount changes across the company and report on compensation metrics
- Coordinates the approval process for headcount change requests including new hires, compensation changes and exits
- Coordinates the Annual Operating Plan process for Headcount
- Works closely with executives and managers to review headcount plans, supporting the Senior Vice President, HR
- Participates in the preparation of Board meeting materials related to headcount and compensation analysis
- Supports the Financial Planning & Analysis team with updates to financial forecasts and plans related to headcount and compensation costs
- Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests
- Support deliverables for special projects related to our HR strategy
- Support ongoing operational analytics efforts in HR and Recruiting trends
- Ensure best practices are followed for data capture and tracking
- Support the broader goals of the HR team
- Evaluate industry developments, market trends, and news to conduct industry benchmarking
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role (preferably in HR)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Flexible, self-starter, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ADP experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail
