doxo is disrupting bill pay. We are founded on the simple idea to create a simple, secure way to pay all your bills from a single account. We're a rapidly growing startup seeking an Healthcare Quantitative Analyst to help doxo grow and optimize its biller directory.

Key Responsibilities

The Healthcare Quantitative Analyst will be a key member on doxo's biller directory team.  To us, paying all of your bills includes your healthcare bills; this role will help doxo add healthcare billers and ensure the category is performing well. They will be responsible for developing business cases, sourcing healthcare biller data, managing, and optimizing healthcare billers in doxo’s directory.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Becoming the expert in healthcare for doxo
• Developing business cases and financial forecasts in Excel
• Prioritizing growth into different verticals within healthcare
• Developing and reporting on healthcare category and subcategory KPIs
• A/B testing and implementing tactics to improve ROI and user attachment
• Working with stakeholders to champion product and process enhancements that improve biller performance

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience
• Advanced analytical and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to nontechnical audiences
• Experience analyzing trends and data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capacity for learning quickly in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
• MBA or quantitative advanced degree is a plus
• Consulting experience is a plus
