Job Function

We’re looking for a Campaign and Data Insights expert who can make information inspiring to our clients and internal teams. As an Insights Analyst, you will play an important role in discovering, analyzing and presenting insights related to consumer behaviors and perception, across website and digital advertising channels. This includes driving strategic thinking and being the source of vital insights for brand planning, digital marketing and supporting standard internal data needs for clients and new business while creating stories from data.

 

The Data Insights role is responsible for the assimilation of both qualitative and quantitative information; this position requires the ability to analyze both and make them actionable in a marketing context. Creativity in presentation and strategic thinking is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Structure analytical problems, extract and analyze data, and present findings to clients
  • Use data insights to drive strategic business and marketing recommendations with clients
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing insights from data
  • Understand the conversion rate optimization path and the indicators of it
  • Demonstrate an understanding and ability to connect Social, Paid Media and Web Analytics Monitoring tools to gain integrated online marketing insights
  • Recommend, prepare, monitor and evaluate key conversion metrics and KPI dashboards by analyzing patterns, usage and trends
  • Show exemplary communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen to understand strategy, interact with clients and present actionable findings
  • Influence decision-making based on information gained from deep-dive and ad hoc analysis
  • Provide thought leadership around data, analytics, and digital strategy

  • 2-4 years relevant experience with experience in Web Analytics, Social Insights, Business Intelligence, Marketing analytics or other highly-quantitative field
  • Personal interest in, and strong understanding of, consumer-generated content platforms (blogs, forums, communities) and social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience leading qualitative & quantitative research from proposal to presentation
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
  • Experience effectively managing projects that support multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated experience in analysis, research, and presentation creation
  • Experience with web analytics platform(s) (Webtrends, Omniture, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, etc.)
  • Understanding of data visualization and BI Platforms, such as PowerBI, Tableau, Datorama, Origami Logic, MicroStrategy is a plus
