Responsibilities:

• Oversee Inventory Department to include: Inventory Coordinators and Assistants.
• Key Resource in Process Improvement/Lean Initiatives working with cross-functional teams at both the FC and MP.
• Primary Liaison with Finance to oversee all Inventory Processes to include Annual Inventory/Cycle Counts.
• Support our Customer Service organization by checking availability of diamonds and answering other questions about inventory and in-process orders.
• Key Resource in development and sustainment of Inventory Assistant and Coordinator Training Program.
• Enter data from new orders in order-tracking system.
• Oversee and fill new orders, as required.
• Prompt and regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education)

• Experience in clerical/support position with moderate level of responsibility.
• Experience and competency in data entry.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum direction, self-starter, process focused.
• Experience overseeing teams of 3-5 employees.
• Must be US Citizen
• High School Diploma or GED
