The FLEXE Logistics team is looking for a Logistics Analyst - Fulfillment By Amazon to join our department. The Logistics team works with customers that have enlisted FLEXE to help them supplement or outsource their fulfillment operations for eCommerce and retail distribution. We provide software and logistics support to enable efficient and high quality execution from our warehouses on behalf of our customers. We are looking for a Logistics Analyst for our Amazon FBA support team to help us manage our growing network of FBA customers. You will be interacting closely with our clients and warehouse partners in day-to-day troubleshooting and assistance, as well as continually striving for enterprise-class customer satisfaction. The successful candidate is able to efficiently solve problems using a variety of resources and will embody our value of ‘Put Customers First’. FLEXE has a portfolio of clients who store goods in Third party (3P) warehouses contracted by FLEXE. Orders are fulfilled to ship to Amazon warehouses based on demand. This role is specifically designated to be the primary point of contact for this type of client at FLEXE.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails from clients who have inventory stored at a FLEXE warehouse for Fulfillment to Amazon.
  • Resolve problems such as Inventory issues, rescheduling inbounds and outbounds as needed.
  • Coordinating out of scope projects for the client (such as relabeling, reboxing, configuring item components.
  • Facilitate weekly calls with multiple warehouses to enforce performance standards and ensure service levels are being met.
  • Support onboarding for new clients and warehouses as needed. 
  • Interact with Customer Support to help resolve issues that require more support, shipment mix-ups, special service level requests, special projects. 
  • Provide context to customers if there are shipping delays at warehouses.
  • Provide updates as requested on order flow for customers.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude to customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions internally to assist in minimizing future occurrences.
  • Become an expert on the FLEXE FBA/Retail order flow and be able to troubleshoot/support issue resolution in the system.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to creatively and efficiently solve problems.
  • Working knowledge of the shipping and transportation industry.
  • Strong affinity toward documentation and process improvement.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially when customers are stressed or upset.
