Who you are as a Monitoring & Optimization Analyst: 

To qualify for this role, you are a sharp, analytical thinker who is excited to turn huge amounts of information into actionable insights, and you have used and maintained the latest analytics tools on customer facing websites and apps. The Monitoring & Optimization Analyst is responsible for providing business partnership to internal stakeholders primarily focusing on web app monitoring, performance and optimization. This includes deep dives and analysis into uptime, performance, conversion funnels & rates, and lifetime value tracking with other various KPI’s. 

What you will do as a Monitoring & Optimization Analyst: 

• Develop and own the monitoring program and dashboards for all of Snap Raise’s online product suite for desktop, mobile web, app (tagging, funnels, ad hoc data requests, etc.) 

• Own, use, and maintain the tools for A/B testing and Monitoring (required for all candidates: experience with either Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, LogRocket, Data Dog, Rollbar, or similar tool used for monitoring websites and apps, as well as Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc. for a/b testing). 

• Maintain the operational status of all apps and websites. 

• Develop and lead a multivariant test strategy. 

• Measure and present test results, including data mining and deep analyses. 

• Perform daily multivariant test analyses and updates, ad hoc requests, and manage backlog queue/prioritization. 

• Help plan, scope, schedule, and implement multivariant testing activities for projects of varying size and complexity, including test iterations. 

• Work with various departments in developing new designs and functionalities for all facets of Snap Raise’s suite of products. 

• Write clear and concise multivariant test documents and test plans; communicate multivariant test plans 

• Communicate results and influence stakeholders with details around business to key KPIs. 

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• At least 3 years of online experience in web and app analytics/metrics 

• Experience with either Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, LogRocket, Data Dog, Rollbar, or similar tool used for monitoring websites and apps, as well as Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc. for a/b testing 

• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies. 

• Demonstrate creativity and assertiveness by providing insight on how multivariant tests can positively impact the overall success of the company.

• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and cohesively as a team player to find ways to uncover opportunities. 

• Ability to present data, findings, and recommendations that are appropriate for senior level management.

• Leader and an influencer to get your work prioritized and completed by team members outside of your direct control. 

• Optional: Have experience with Multivariant A/B Testing in an E-Commerce setting
