The Role  


We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Order Management Analyst to join our Accounting organization.  This role is an interdisciplinary position which interacts with Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Sales, Legal and various Operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, effective communication skills, and willingness to learn. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people manager seeking diverse job duties in an outgoing and collaborative environment.  


Due to the fast-paced and high growth nature of the Company, the candidate must be detail oriented, have the ability to operate effectively and independently in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment to help drive the Company’s continued growth, and a willingness to roll-up their sleeves when needed.  


This position will report to the Manager, Order Management.


Location: This could be a remote position within the US. #LI-Remote

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Partner with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance and Accounting to provide input from an order processing perspective 
  • Assist in processing of all sales order system set ups within relevant business systems to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Assist in troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancements to all order management processes 
  • Ensure complete and accurate processing of orders on a monthly basis. Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Assist in documentation of the internal control environment for Order Management. Help perform internal control procedures to ensure SOX compliance
  • Work with billing and collections to improve order management processing to minimize billing errors
  • Prepare schedules and reports for management regarding metrics
  • Work with teams to automate provisioning and establish traceable and auditable evidence for provisioning / order fulfillment
  • Participate in process development and improvement projects, as well as other ad hoc projects

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail, follow through, excellent communication skills
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Zuora, Netsuite, etc), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must have Salesforce (SFDC) experience
  • 1-2+ years of software/Saas experience in order management 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
