Job Description

Partnering with Customer Success revenue teams to: 

• Partner with CS Deal Desk to prioritize and project manage incoming requests 
• Review sales pipeline and monitor progress/follow up with opportunity owner for next steps 
• Manage account system access for past-date renewals 
• Assist with Salesforce opportunity entry management and quote creation for client-facing team members 
• Document opportunity management processes 

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with proficient written, verbal, and listening skills. 
• Proven ability to work multi-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications. 
• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and effectively communicate solutions. 
• A passion for technology and working in Sales Operations or Customer Success in a Software as a Service company preferred.
