What you’ll do:
Understand drivers of engagement and self-service by supply partners and across the wider business through research and analysis
Use big-data and internal systems to find opportunities to optimize performance.
Inform, influence, support decision making for internal business partners
Conduct ongoing analyses and reporting on the effectiveness of the product
Manage a backlog of requests
Grow and learn - stretch your knowledge and learn more about the business, supporting teams, new data, tools and processes
Who you are:
An experienced team member with a collaborative spirit
A good communicator with an understanding of partner management skills
A self-starter, you work independently and with dedication
Open to coaching and new techniques, methods, technologies
Understanding of modeling, statistical analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts
Enjoy intellectual challenges, statistics, and logical problem solving
Proven ability to mine and clean data while working with large datasets
Experience with SQL
Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools like Tableau
Experience with A/B testing a strong plus
3+ years of related work experience required
