Senior Business Analyst

What you’ll do:

• Understand drivers of engagement and self-service by supply partners and across the wider business through research and analysis

• Use big-data and internal systems to find opportunities to optimize performance.

• Inform, influence, support decision making for internal business partners

• Conduct ongoing analyses and reporting on the effectiveness of the product

• Manage a backlog of requests

• Grow and learn - stretch your knowledge and learn more about the business, supporting teams, new data, tools and processes

Who you are:

• An experienced team member with a collaborative spirit

• A good communicator with an understanding of partner management skills

• A self-starter, you work independently and with dedication

• Open to coaching and new techniques, methods, technologies

• Understanding of modeling, statistical analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts

• Enjoy intellectual challenges, statistics, and logical problem solving

• Proven ability to mine and clean data while working with large datasets

• Experience with SQL

• Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools like Tableau

• Experience with A/B testing a strong plus

• 3+ years of related work experience required
