In this role, you will be joining the Information Technology, Applications and Facilities Team. This is a high-impact and highly visible role both internally for Highspot and externally to our customers. As an IT Analyst your focus will be training, automation, information security and internal customer education. Deep knowledge of Highspot’s internal systems will be a focus, as you drive automation along with nurturing our employees’ ability to self-support. You will know Highspot’s product inside and out, anticipating and succinctly responding to customers’ security-related concerns, leveraging that same knowledge to plan, produce, and disseminate employee-facing documentation and policy to facilitate secure use of Highspot’s internal systems. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing our cloud systems focusing on security, automation, and scalability as we grow internationally. 
  • Own our internal and externally facing documentation suite allowing our users to self-service.
  • Develop internal training for our employees focused on security and policy enforcement.
  • Assist in running our compliance efforts throughout the company focusing on the latest certifications.
  • Be the point of contact in IT for vendor review from a security and data protection perspective.
  • Gain deep knowledge, understanding, and experience with the Highspot product and how it is integrated with other systems in a customer environment.
  • Become a trusted customer advisor, engaging with a wide range of people, from the most senior to the most junior. Help the customer get the most value from Highspot.
  • Identify opportunities to automate internal processes, plan the project, and see it through to fruition.
  • Partner with the IT, Applications, and System Administration Teams to support ongoing ticketing and system issues as needed. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively support and engage with a diverse group of people. Able to sustain a dynamic discussion with an executive or help a user who is learning about Highspot or our internal tools for the first time.
  • Experience crafting policies to meet business needs focusing on scale and security
  • Experience with SOC, ISO, SOX and the latest industry security and audit standards
  • Able to construct a thoughtful and effective strategy for organizing and sharing complex ideas to large groups of employees.
  • Familiarity with driving software solutions involving many stakeholders and delivering results on time with high quality.
  • 5+ years of development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering experience.

Location

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
