The Impact You Will Have:

The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics is a critical role at Wyze. An ideal candidate will be responsible for driving reporting and analyses aimed at developing a deep understanding of user behavior to build products and service strategies. In your role, you will not only influence the decisions of the executives, but also have a significant impact on the trajectory of the business. You will build analytical frameworks to solve business challenges, and lead analysts in transforming complex big data into clear actionable visual insights important for strategic decision making. This role requires great problem solving capabilities, the ability to clearly articulate key messages with business leaders and external constituents, and the desire to be on a dynamic team within a fast-growing organization.

A Look Inside the Role:

• Lead a team of analysts in performing ad hoc analyses and developing and maintaining dashboards consumed by the Wyze Leadership team to uncover insights in user retention and engagement patterns.
• Partner with business teams at Wyze to build a center of excellence by creating dashboards, achieve operating plans, look into and analyze business health, building data to bring visibility to potential business opportunities and potential business risks.
• Build compelling presentations and propose data-driven decisions to shape user retention strategies.
• Set ambitious goals, and measure and quantify impact on a regular basis.
• Champion and build a culture of data informed decision making and ensuring successful product adoption by documenting, training and evangelizing use of the platform

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field).
• 7+ years of strategy, business intelligence, development, consulting and/or finance experience.
• Experience with BI Analytic tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, etc.)
• Analytical and quick learner with demonstrated problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Strong communicator, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience engaging external constituents.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

And Even Better if the Following Applies to You:

• Have an MBA, or similar qualification.
