Senior Manager, Business Intelligence Engineer

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence Engineer to join our People Services, Insights & Analytics team!
What you’ll do:
Drive the vision and build-out of automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities
Develop and execute business intelligence and visualization roadmap
Coach and develop a small team of Business Intelligence Engineers
Own the design, development, maintenance, and automation of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
Share analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytelling
Be a leading voice in the definition and governance of key business metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current information needs, and anticipate future needs
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated strength in SQL, Python, R, data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
Advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau, Visier or similar BI tools.
Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the business leader.
Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or dirty data.
Minimum Qualifications:
MS in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, MBA, or a related field or equivalent years of experience
10+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills to integrate data into operational/business planning or advanced degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to summarize insights and recommendations to audiences of varying levels of technical sophistication.
Ability to effectively communicate complex projects to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to write complex, optimized SQL queries across large data sets.
Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery.
Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $230,000 - 335,000 annually
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $219,000 - 318,000 annually
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $196,000 - $285,000 annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
