A Look Inside the Role...

The Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Business Analytics is a seasoned professional with strong supply chain knowledge. You will drive supply chain efficiency improvement by leveraging analytical tools and reporting to identify business opportunities and insights. You will work with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions by building and analyzing data and identifying right metrics to measure success. You will be a part of a team responsible for demand forecasting, S&OP planning, network analysis, inventory placement, order management and supply chain economic analysis. 

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment, and a problem-solver who is able to build reports, dashboards or scorecards to communicate findings. Most importantly, someone who is passionate about our technology, supply chain efficiency and ultimately the customer experience.

You already have these qualifications and love what you do!

• You have an advanced degree in engineering, operations research, information systems, statistics or other quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain, business intelligence or related field.
• Advanced skills in SQL and a data analytics/visualization product (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
• Knowledge of data warehouse infrastructure components and reporting/analytic tools and environment.
• Ability to lead discussion, present data-driven opinions and drive consensus among teams, peers and key stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in working with internal teams and external supply chain partners (e.g. suppliers, 3PLs).
• You are passionate about what we are doing and want to contribute to making our journey a huge success!

Bonus points if you can say yes to any or all of the following:

• You have experience in technology, consumer electronics, retail , or e-commerce
• Experience with ERP system and implementation
• Proficiency in R or Python
• Knowledge and experience in supply chain BI database functional design and business logic development
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud database/architecture.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
