About the Role 

As a Senior Workday Application Analyst at Highspot you’ll primarily focus on supporting our Workday HRIS platform. You are a Workday powerhouse who has experience configuring and supporting any or all of the following Workday modules: Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Reporting, Integrations; and who can help build automations that drive process improvement in a growing SaaS organization. You have experience helping businesses deliver open enrollment, performance management and continuing to iterate on the Core HCM product. Having experience with new implementations with a track record of continuous improvement in hyper-growth companies is a huge plus. Embracing change management, documentation, and supporting our amazing HR/Finance/Recruiting and Analytics teams will be paramount to success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, project management skills, and a proven ability to drive change cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do

  • You and the HRIS team will own Workday with a deep partnership with our HR Team. You are the technical and system expert and our HR partners are the business and process drivers. 
  • Managing Workday setup and process configuration and continue to drive automation will be top priorities. 
  • Train existing employees on the effective and efficient use of the system.
  • Cross functional partnership is key to success, you must speak HR and partner to drive changes and improvements across the platform. 
  • Identify and document requirements of the business and seek solutions within the system.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for managing full-lifecycle project implementation.
  • Analyze business needs and facilitates design; facilitate review and training sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain Workday integrations as needed.
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for all areas of the business.
  • Maintain security, user access, roles, and rights for a clean auditable environment.
  • Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes.

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in a Workday Administrative/Analyst role
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences
  • Core HCM, Benefits and Payroll Workday Training a plus
  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) experience a plus
  • Strong personality and track record of leadership; able to make tough decisions and persuade stakeholders
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative, cross-team environment

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
