We are a small, growing team looking for a motivated Sr. Analyst to join us in molding the future of sustainability at Axon while furthering our mission of Protecting Life and obsoleting the bullet.
Your Day to Day

  • Help streamline and build out Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) strategy, best practices and procedures
  • Monitor and report ESG-focused regulatory requirements and trends
  • Help create, manage and update ESG team file folders, priorities and to-dos
  • Develop and maintain ESG score card tracking rating agency reports, grades and updates
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze and interpret ESG-related data
  • Support development business cases for strategic sustainable initiatives as well as market and peer analyses
  • Help draft presentations for meetings with C-team and key Axon stakeholders
  • Schedule, organize, and participate in meetings with C-team, ESG-related teams, and external partners, and maintain detailed meeting notes (including tracking of any follow-ups)

Skills Required

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multitask, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to senior audiences
  • High sense of ownership and accountability with a positive 'can-do attitude'
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data modeling, data collection and data analysis; financial modeling and analysis a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, business administration, finance or another relevant field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent analytical aptitude
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and advance numerous mission critical projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Passion for Axon's mission and values and enthusiasm to learn and grow with the company
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding personal integrity and initiative
  • Receptive to feedback and takes charge of own career development

Skills Preferred

  • Experience in a high growth technology company with a focus on sustainability, investor relations, corporate development and/or financial reporting
  • Familiarity with SASB, TCFD, GRI, CSA and ISO Standards 14001 & 26000
  • Experience developing and implementing company-wide strategic initiatives
