About you:

You are a strong programmatic leader who is eager to help Convoy build and scale a quality program from the ground up. In partnership with operations leadership, the Sr. Manager, Quality Programs will work with their team to tackle broad, ambiguous questions that have an impact across Convoy’s operations, and often, the entire company, our customers, and our carriers. You can demonstrate the ability to excel in an intense, dynamic work environment and are excited to help Convoy understand, measure, and improve the quality of service we deliver.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - Lead and develop a team of quality analysts to help build out and deliver on quality program objectives. 
• Strategy - You will identify key questions that will determine the validity and success of a program, lead collaboration with stakeholders, and drive to resolution through alignment with stakeholders.
• Planning & Execution - You will own end-to-end planning and execution of quality programs. You will be required to develop a broad understanding of the business in order to drive effective paths to scale.
• Metrics & Experimentation - You will define the metrics and goals that drive ongoing program success and will be required to design and measure effective experiments.
• Cross functional partnership - You will work closely with our operations, account management, and other teams to identify and execute on long term innovation for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
• 2+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, BI, or strategy roles
• Experience building or owning a quality program to support a large team, tech start-up experience a plus
• Ability to break down high-level business problems into concrete analytical solutions – good at creating and analyzing business information, tracking key business metrics; exceptional Excel skills; SQL proficiency a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to empathize with stakeholder needs and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Superior organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
