Outreach is growing rapidly and seeking Director of Go-To-Market, Business Analytics with a demonstrated track record of excellence in developing and managing advanced analytics capabilities. This new role will partner closely with our Sr. Manager of Data and BI practice. As a leader on our Analytics team, you will provide leadership with data, reporting, and actionable insights to proactively manage and optimize business strategy, processes, and performance. This role will report to the VP of FP&A and Analytics.

Responsibilities include partnering with the GTM, Customer Success, and Product leaders to:

  • Prioritize and execute on project roadmap to develop insight from analysis and compelling synthesized recommendations. Analytical rigor and strategic thinking are a must, but you’ll need to get your hands dirty to drive real, sustainable impact.
  • Become intimately familiar with the business, lead the team to distill and deliver critical business insights for leadership, and influence teammates and executives with your findings.
  • Lead, mentor, and optimize productivity across our business analytics teams.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Develop consistent and scalable processes to continuously monitor data integrity.
  • Gather business requirements from a diverse number of users across GTM teams and translate requirements into scalable and cohesive solutions; enhancements, bugs, new processes, requests, ticketing systems.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy within a SaaS company. 
  • Experience leading and building an analytics team, a hands-on leader who knows how to apply the right level of situational guidance to smart analysts. 
  • An in-depth understanding of traditional B2B sales demand generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Experience developing customer segmentation and journey maps in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience analyzing and summarizing large amounts of data from multiple systems to provide a unique insight into business operations
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market, customer success, and product teams.
  • Working knowledge of relevant systems and underlying data (Salesforce, Pardot, Bombora, Bizible, Outreach, Zuora preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
  • Ability to cover a range of activities, from C-level presentations to hands-on, data deep-dives with analysts.
  • Ability to create a performance- and metrics-focused culture.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize and visualize complex analyses that tell a compelling story.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
