A Look Inside the Role...


The Sr. Supply Chain Analytics Manager is a seasoned analytical professional and a team leader with strong supply chain background. This Sr. Supply Chain Analytics Manager will take stewardship of Wyze’s deepening supply chain intelligence, lead, motivate and grow the analytics team, leverage data science knowledge and hands-on supply chain analytical skills to evolve and solidify Wyze supply chain analytical framework, models, tools, processes and practices to deliver results.


This Sr. Supply Chain Analytics Manager must be able to drive cross-functional collaboration such as sales & operations planning (S&OP) sessions to facilitate data-driven supply chain decisions.


This Sr. Supply Chain Analytics Manager has direct experience framing solutions aroundsmall and large scale supply chain challenges, and can develop mathematical models to conduct a multitude of mission-critical analytical tasksincluding but not limited to demand forecasting, S&OP planning, network analysis, inventory placement, order management and supply chain economic analysis.


This Sr. Supply Chain Analytics Manager is also a project leader, able to identify improvement opportunities across the supply chain, scope, prioritize and drive initiatives, own the supply chain BI project and partner with BI engineering team to drive the project from design to realization. This Sr. Supply Chain Analytical Manager must have business acumen, think critically and dive deep, is a strong communicator and can effectively present data-driven decisions to influence stakeholders. 

You already have these qualifications and love what you do!

  • You have an advanced degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, operations research, statistics or other quantitative discipline。
  • 5 or more years of direct experience in supply chain and analytical field, across demand forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory policy development,network capacity planning, logistics and transportation analysis, inventory placement, E&O analysis, supply chain metrics and dashboard development.
  • An motivational leader with team management experience. Capable of building, leading and growing a high performance analytical team.
  • Skillful in extracting business intelligence from data and information to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Ability to lead the team to scope and prioritize initiatives. Partner with business teams and data engineering teams to bring initiatives to realization.
  • Strong program / project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead discussion, present data-driven opinions and drive consensus among teams, peers and key stakeholders.
  • Full product lifecycle exposure from NPI, sustaining, EOP to EOL from supply chain perspective.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in working with internal teams and external supply chain partners (e.g. suppliers, 3PLs).

Bonus points if you can say yes to any or all of the following:

  • You have experience in technology startups
  • Experience in consumer electronics industry, and preferably in IoT space
  • Experience with ERP system and implementation
  • Knowledge and experience in supply chain BI database functional design and business logic development.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
