What to expect:

You’ll use your analyzing skills to build up the data insights to drive the growth of mission critical subscription business.

Leadership team and key stakeholders will make key decisions based on your analysis.

You’ll team up with other analysts and data scientists to build up the propensity model to predict the customer behaviors.

You’ll be immersed with large volumes of IoT data and the opportunities to build valuable products for customers out of the data.

A Look Inside the Role:

• We are looking for an analyst to join and support the Product team at Wyze.

You will: 

• Meet with business stakeholders, understand business requirements, and implement solutions ranging from creating new metrics, to improving processes, to building dashboards
• Develop and maintain SQL databases within product services
• Identify and analyze trends, opportunities, and anomalies for the Wyze services business
• Build multi-dimensional user characteristics propensity model, establish comprehensive and objective data evaluation standards, and constantly improving project data monitoring, analysis system and prediction model, be able to effectively propose product and operation optimization schemes.
• Design and build the funnel to experiment and track the effectiveness of data modeling and predictions. Continuously finetune the model to provide insights to drive the growth of the business.
• Team up with user researchers to uncover the problems and opportunities by merging the analyzing data and research results together.

You Already Have These Qualifications and Love What You Do:

• 2+ year(s) of experience in a data analyst, business analyst or similar role using SQL
• SQL fluency, strong Excel & Tableau fundamentals
• Experience building dashboards and metrics from scratch - you know the trade-offs and impacts of using one metrics vs another
• Preferred experience with Google Analytics
• Top-level communication skills and empathy to understand and discover business pain points and build solutions to improve the user experience
• Scrappy & ability to roll up your sleeves and dive right into work
• A team-player with a positive can-do attitude
• Curious and strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
