Who We Are:

 

The Expedia Group brand was established to harness the power of the world’s travel platform, which includes some of the most well-known brands in travel, Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo, Travelocity and many more. Our brand speaks to multiple audiences; in this role, your primary focus will be crafting branded content across multiple media types for internal audiences. You can expect to be building visual branding for key programs, editing brief films, creating motion graphics, designing intranet sites in SharePoint Modern, designing gifs, animations, executive presentations, signage and so much more.

The Brand Engagement team has a wide variety of creative opportunities, including:

  • Create content and promotional ideas for Inclusion & Diversity and CSR initiatives, like our finding our unique voice in celebrating Pride.

  • Brand videos and programs that enrich our employee experience.

  • Drive content and design for executive communications and events, like Global Town Halls.

  • Partner in the creation of impactful employee touchpoints, like welcoming new hires to Expedia Group.

What You Bring:

  • You have outstanding creative chops

  • The ability to take a brief interrogate it, and move quickly to build and sell design work that tells compelling stories.

  • You can design static and moving images, and have some talent as an illustrator

  • Skills include using interactive media software such as Premiere, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, as well as Adobe Creative Suite

  • You love to absorb diverse and complex inputs, can distill them into a compelling creative idea, and then roll up your sleeves to build out each touchpoint to inspire our audiences

  • You are playfully creative; you can push our brand to have a unique, differentiated voice, while delivering against tactical asks

  • You enjoy the challenge of a tight timeline and a limited budget

  • At least 5 years design and/or motion graphics experience
