Our high-quality, global customer base includes businesses such as Clorox, Kellogg’s, Unilever, CVS and many other top brands and retailers. We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for a creative Visual Content Designer to join our Enterprise team!

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual content to optimize ecommerce search results, convert shoppers, and appeal to clients by representing their brands and products well. You will work closely with our account managers, marketing, and catalog teams to develop exceptional visual content for a high volume of clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Create best in class eCommerce content
  • Stay up to date on best practices and trends
  • Quickly and accurately assemble brand content to represent our clients to our customers
  • Manage projects and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retailer partners
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand business needs
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Proactively identify client needs and drive them through to completion
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Advocate for clients

What you’ve done:

  • Worked in visual design for 2+ years
  • Successfully managed customer/client relationships for 2+ years
  • Developed strong Photoshop skills
  • Gained copy writing or copy-editing experience 

What you’ve got:

  • Terrific eye for design aesthetic/layout
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Ability and interest in thriving in a fast-paced, startup like environment
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate yourself and others
  • Open mind to explore different solutions and ideas presented by others
  • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
  • Great time management skills – you can effectively manage and prioritize tasks
