About the role:
Limeade is looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate the experience of our in-house creative team.
This position comes with the opportunity to work on a wide-range of corporate projects, including general marketing, advertising, annual events, sales materials, customer creative, website, landing pages, social media and much more.
Creative skills will be leveraged regularly for concepting, execution, production and delivery of various design projects within the organization. This position reports to a project manager, team leads and directors. The ideal candidate is a team-player, good listener and skilled designer that is clear with communication, detail-oriented and shows a notable creative edge in their work.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with members of the marketing creative team to generate concepts for various needs of the organization
- Support Lead Designers and Directors with projects
- Design beautiful and effective assets for public- and internally-facing campaigns and other marketing needs
- Understand, internalize and execute within the Limeade Brand as expressed in design and ideas
- Deliver work on time, mindful of deadlines and time management
- Independent and focused – must be self driven
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
- 1-3 years professional design experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to work autonomously and in collaborative environments
- Proficient in digital, print + production design
- Experience with, and exposure to the following tools:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Lightroom, Acrobat, Sketch, Procreate
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams
- Basecamp, Slack, Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Additional Skills:
- Experience with studio photography a plus
- Experience with motion design + video production a plus
- Aptitude with digital product/UX design a plus
