Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in delivering on that vision, and putting our customers at the center of all our efforts. The ideal candidate is a team player with a bias for action and a proven track record of successfully delivering quality design deliverables.

In this role you’ll be working with internal designers and outside creative agencies on a variety of digital and print materials. Projects will range from designing imagery for websites and social media campaigns to creating infographics, ebooks and print materials for events. As an integral part of our internal creative agency, you will field creative requests from across the company for both external and internal uses.  We are looking for a designer with a strong foundation in design practices, an excellent grasp of typography and layout, and advanced verbal and visual communication skills. You have a keen eye for detail and can demonstrate how your solutions track back to client goals and audience needs. You respond to creative feedback and criticism with new ideas and solutions, and collaborate well with other designers, project managers, and other collaborators

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for crafting innovative and compelling design solutions across a number of mediums to support all facets of the organization. You will conceive, design, and develop high-quality creative that pushes the Pushpay brand forward. This will include: 

  • Working collaboratively with creative director/design lead to create beautiful and effective designs for multiple mediums 
  • Designing digital and print assets including illustrations, logos, characters, motion design, web pages, flyers, brochures, signage, and trade show materials
  • Overseeing production of printed materials, including printer selection, proofing, and approval of production runs
  • Organizing and maintaining a library of visual assets for use by other teams within the company and by outside agencies 
  • Managing multiple projects on time 
  • Reviewing work to ensure high, error-free standards for all deliverables and communications
  • Working with project managers to meet project goals and deadlines, receive client feedback, and deliver projects

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in design-related discipline or equivalent 
  • 4 years of graphic design experience in a creative/brand/design agency or marketing team (preferably within a SaaS organization)
  • A passion for design and learning new techniques and approaches
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating impressive design, typography, and layout skills
  • Experience working within existing brand guidelines 
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions
  • Ability to stay calm and positive while working with tight deadlines
  • Ability to easily switch gears between projects while staying organized and on track

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and javascript skills
  • Working knowledge of digital products and how websites are built
  • Familiarity with Google G Suite tools
  • Ability to translate complex information into visual communication
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superior commitment to quality

This position is located in our Redmond, WA HQ office.  The candidate will need to be physically located in this location
