What we want you to do: 

Requirements:

• Support the marketing team in the creation of materials for print, web, video, and events
• Work with internal clients across the company to concept and design a wide variety of deliverables
• Work to understand our demographic and improve how our design can effectively communicate to them
• Incorporate current design trends and best practices
• Keep clean files and project structures
• Work with and educate our internal clients on the value of great design
• Take direction and criticism in stride without being afraid to defend design choices to other creatives, as well as clients
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Basic Qualifications: 

• A./A.A. in graphic design or related field
• Proficiency with industry standard software, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
• Online design portfolio that showcases a clear understanding of design theory and production, provided link on resume

Preferred Qualifications: 

• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Some experience with After Effects and video production
• 1­–3 years of work experience
• Ability to think about a problem from multiple angles to come up with the best design
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
